"CRABS IN A BARREL" SYNDROME and THE BLACK SALON...

Why do many Black Stylists/Barbers steal from other Black Stylists/Barbers and the Salon/Shop Owner and treat their trade like a hobby? Is something lacking with the education process? Do Black Stylists take liberties and do things in the Black Salon that they would not do in a white salon? Is it a deliberate attempt to make the business fail because of envy and jealousy???
